Claims Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming claims with precision and timeliness.
• Review scopes of work and photos generated by field personnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for claim resolution.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for auditing purposes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance providers, and other stakeholders.
• Investigate and analyze claims to determine validity and eligibility.

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in claims processing or a related field.
• Strong Negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational, problem solving, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications. Preferably Xactimate but not required.
• Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $50,000 Yearly Salary + Potential Commission Earnings $25k-$50k
