Responsibilities:
- Assist in Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statement package.
- Maintains spreadsheets of significant general ledger accounts to support balances contained
on the general ledger. - Prepares and reconciles monthly bank statements, investigates, and resolves reconciling items
in a timely manner. - Reconciles the firm’s depository account on a daily basis to insure all deposits made and
electronic transfers received have been properly posted in the general ledger.
Requirements
- Computer experience and knowledge of Excel required.
- Prior experience in a law firm or professional services firm is a plus.
