Office Assistant (Admin. & Accounting) Part-Time
We are currently looking for a team player to join our office part time as an Office Assist/Accounting Clerk.
This position is Approx. 25 hours per week & could lead to more.
Hours would be 3-4 days per week, 6.5 – 8 hours per day & am flexible on both as long as it’s between 9am-4pm Monday-Friday.
The ideal candidate must have Excel Experience 3-5 yrs. at an Intermediate Level (very good) to be able to do:
- Formulas with Accuracy
- Create 1 File that Contains Multi Sheets that Totals all Tie Together (TTD totals to date)
- Format / Align / Manipulate Data
- Bar Charts
Good Work Ethics & Attendance, can Complete Tasks & Follow Instructions. Additional Skills are the Ability to Multitask, Critical Thinking, Attention to Details, Organization, MS Word, QuickBooks preferred but not required (we are willing to train).
Responsibilities include such as but not limited to: Excel Spreadsheet with Formulas, A/P Entry & Matching P/S, Credit Card Stmt.’s (Matching Receipts & Reconciling), Typing Letters, Filling (light), Copying, Scanning, Answering Calls (few) & Attending Lobby for periodic visitors & day to day thing that may come up.
