Automotive Parts Specialist

A Miami fleet auto repair company is currently seeking qualified Full-Time Parts' Inventory Specialist.

Duties:

Receive and inspect incoming parts and supplies - Verify accuracy of shipments against purchase orders - Stock shelves and organize inventory in the warehouse - Maintain inventory levels and reorder parts as needed - Process parts requests from technicians and other departments - Utilize Mitchell order management system to track and manage parts inventory - Coordinate with vendors for returns, exchanges, or warranty claims - Assist with equipment repair and maintenance as needed - Collaborate with the automotive repair team to ensure timely availability of parts.

Skills:

- Must have experience and be proficient in parts sourcing

- Proficient in using Mitchell system to track and manage parts inventory

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

6 days per week schedule
