Sales & Leasing Coordinator

Cambio Communities is seeking a Sales & Leasing Coordinator with diverse background, experience, and skills to be a culture add to our growing team.

As an Sales & Leasing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager/Associates by updating daily marketing, scheduling home showings, scheduling closings, day-to-day routine tasks and responsibilities, and providing excellent customer service to all guests.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Passion to provide exceptional living experiences for individuals and families across the nation

• Broad experience and knowledge of general office and administrative duties

• Willing to work a somewhat flexible schedule to accommodate customer appointments and weekend hours, also to help achieve exciting month end success (often winning contests to do so)
