POSITION SUMMARY

This temporary position will perform preventative maintenance and repairs within our production and taproom facilities. The team provides support at all five facilities in Fort Collins and Denver on an as needed basis. The Maintenance Team works closely with the production teams to ensure efficient and safe brewing operations.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Rotating Shifts: 1st 5:00am-1:00pm, 2nd 8:00am-4:00pm, 3rd 3:00pm-11:00pm.

Scheduled up to 40 hours/week with some flexibility. Possibility to work a 4 day/10 hour work week on occasion.

This is a seasonal position and will conclude at the end of September.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Executing preventative maintenance routes.

• Performing necessary equipment repairs in a timely fashion.

• Assisting in process improvement of packaging, brewing, and facility processes.

• Assisting in developing SOPs and future maintenance programs.

• Daily cleaning and organizing of maintenance area.

• Creates and cultivates an inclusive environment for all guests, co-workers, and the community.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED

• Maintenance work experience, preferably in either brewery or manufacturing environment

• High School Diploma or GED

• At least 21 years of age

• Troubleshooting in a challenging environment

• Manufacturing mechanical skills

• General electrical wiring skills

• Demonstrated effective communication skills

Ideal Skills (not required, but helpful)

• Experience with PLC automation and instrumentation

• Commercial brewing and packaging processes

• Rebuilding of motors and pumps

• Pneumatics and Hydraulics

• Power transmission

• Welding

• Air compressor maintenance

• HVAC and refrigeration

• Boiler maintenance

• Plumbing

• Fabrication skills

• Knowledge of 5S practices

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• The ability to work long hours on your feet

• The ability to work in a hot, wet, and loud environment

• The ability to lift 50lbs to shoulder height

• The ability to crouch, bend, lift and reach

• The ability to remain focused and level-headed under demanding situations

• Must complete a physical agilities assessment post-offer

COMPENSATION

Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Odell’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.

Hourly Rate Range:

$23 to $28 per hour
