Job Description
Salary:
Agape Treatment Center, is currently seeking Full Time Intake Coordinator/Office Manager for our facilitly in Oakland Park, Florida!
The Intake Coordinator is responsible for the complete care and well being of the clients.
Specific Areas of Responsibility:
- Greeting all individuals who walk into Agape
- Maintaining the visitor sign in log
- Received packages/mail and dispurses appropriately
- Orients new clients to the facility
- Confirms appointments with clients
- Responsible for all sign in sheets and attendance sheets for the facilities
- Responsible for completed urine analysis when deemed appropriate
- Responsible for completion of intakes including documentation
- Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility to changes in work environment
- Coordinating all scheduling, tracking and confirmations for IOP clients.
- Handling client needs/de-escalating issues as they arrise
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in a mental health/addiction facility required
- High school diploma prefered
