Field Service Technician - Trainee Program

Our client is searching to fill their Field Service Technician Trainee Program at D2B Groups. As a Field Service Technician Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to become a successful Field Service Technician.

In this program, you will learn how to install, maintain, and repair various types of equipment, including generators, electrical systems, and mechanical systems. You will work alongside experienced technicians, receiving hands-on training and mentorship to understand the complexities of field service work.

Upon completion of the trainee program, you will transition into a full-fledged Field Service Technician role, where you will be responsible for providing top-quality service to our customers, troubleshooting issues, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interest in the field service industry
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
