Social and Digital Advertising Specialist

Responsibilities: Owning our social media strategy and optimization, digital advertising and landing page funnel space. Posting, co-creating, managing, and overseeing B2B social, digital and integrated ad campaigns from start to finish.

• Cobuild creative content to drive traffic to the sales funnel. Knows attribution tracking and ensures our backend website, Salesforce, CRMs are compliant and connected
• Very familiar with Facebook Meta Advertising platform and lead forms
• Identifying trends and insights to optimize ad spend and adjust the ad campaigns to improve performance/ROI based on the insights
• The ideal candidate is comfortable adjusting the ad copy to match audience targeting while remaining on-brand. You see an opportunity to shift and seize it
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies and be able to effectively present those ideas to the Sr. leadership team.
• Ideal candidate will communicate with the team regarding troubleshooting: ie pixels, installing conversion tracking codes, ad appeals with FB, trying new strategies for conversions, and insights on campaign results and strategies for improvement
• This role is a mix of creative and technical within a dynamic community focused working environment
• This role will be essential in launching a startup brand to the next level
• Social media. You know it takes more than a pretty ad to gain market share. You also are familiar with posting systems such as Hootsuite. Can work with out graphics team to create dynamic posting with proper hashtags,reels and grids that pop.
• You are a mix of tech and creative that thrives in seeing their work create leads
  
  

• You are comfortable writing social media copy as well as editing ad copy on the fly within Meta or LinkedIn advertising platforms.
• You have a deep understanding of advertising. The way creative copy helps clients understand the sales message and the ability to generate immaculate copy for every brief
• Multitasking is key. As is the ability to work within cross-divisional sectors
• Out of the box creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Knows how to utilize market data from ad platforms to define audiences, segment and target audiences
• Self-motivated, you don't need a task list to make things happen. You are flexible and understand creative remote work environments.
• You are skilled and your experience will enable you to see the gaps and make recommendations to management
• Proficient in metrics and statistical analysis
• Good working knowledge of YouTube ads
• Able to develop and scale tracking including spend, report these findings back to Sr. leadership team
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, but not required.
• 5+ years minimum experience is ideal for this position.
• Hands on experience managing ad campaigns is required
