Budget Analyst

Duluth, GA

Salary: $60k-$70k

Open to someone with 3-5 financial reporting/analyst experience

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with management to develop annual sales forecasts.

· Produce weekly reports on actual sales revenue, incoming orders, and order backlog.

· Monitor and report cash flow, conducting in-depth financial analysis to generate actionable insights aimed at achieving corporate objectives.

· Liaise with external financial accounting and the financial and controlling headquarters.

· Contribute to the preparation of monthly financial statements.

· Assist in corporate planning efforts by analyzing and providing insights on budget variances.

· Prepare reports on Other Operating Expenses and compare them to targets.

· Analyze Cost of Goods Sold and provide reports on any deviations.

· Evaluate inventory processes and recommend appropriate levels.

· Support investment planning initiatives and reporting.

Qualifications:

· Candidates for this position must possess prior experience in accounting/finance and budget reporting, along with a keen attention to detail and proficiency in financial statement analysis.

· Education/Experience: Associate degree and/or 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent.

· Knowledge: Proficiency in Administrative tasks with a focus on Accounting/Finance.

· Ability to obtain a Passport.

· Familiarity with SAP/ or Sage 50 software.
