This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. ​​​​​​​Job Overview Provide services and support as a Loan Programs Office (LPO) Administrative Support (Project Manager - Senior (Key Personnel)) in the Energy Industry (Oil, And Gas/Power, And Utilities) Industry Sector focussing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as United States Department of Energy (DOE | LPO) | DOE Loan Programs Office Located In CONUS - Washington, DC Metro Area or Telework (Remote) As Authorized and across the Mid Atlantic Region. Responsibilities and Duties Typically oversees all aspects of the project, leading a team on large projects or a significant segment of large and complex projects. Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project. Provide applications systems analysis and long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities for necessary support resources. This Key position is referred to as the Deputy LPO Program Manager in the Performance Work Statement. Skill Level for this position shall be provided at Senior or above*. Expertise in project management methodologies and tools. Strong leadership and team management skills. Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience managing project portfolios and strategic initiatives. Demonstrated ability to mitigate risks and resolve conflicts effectively. Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred. EducationBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is generally required.Advanced degree such as a Master's in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or Economics is often preferred or required, especially for senior roles.Additional certifications or qualifications in project management, finance, or energy infrastructure finance may be beneficial.
