Accounting Clerk

Need full-time motivated, organized Administrative Assistant. Will document purchase orders, taxes paid, invoices, order acknowledgements and receipts. Data entry - assist with Accounts Receivables and process Accounts Payable invoices while reporting activities to the Accounting Manager.
Enter time sheets. Purchase office supplies and maintain stocked items. Other admin duties as necessary when requested.
High school diploma or equivalent, minimum 1 year experience working in a service company. Efficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) and ability to pick up new systems easily (preferably NetSuite and Bill.com). Excellent organization skills.
Top notch communication skills both written and verbal. Able to work independently and/or as part of a team. Medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K, paid time off.
