Position Title: Registered Nurse

Assignment: 13+ Weeks

Shift: 3p-11p (1 Openings), 11p-7a (2 Openings)

Client/Facility: Department of Health and Human Services New Hampshire/ New Hampshire Hospital, Concord.

Openings: 3 in Total

Bill Rate: $71/Hr

:Please note 11-7 nurses work as the only nurse on the unit on third shift. There is a 11-7 supervisor at all times, and the majority of units do have a sister unit next door however, there are two units without this.

Job Description: -

· Conducting physical assessments, including psychiatric or admission assessments.

· Administering medication(s).

· Processing of physician orders.

· Monitoring vital signs.

· Testing blood glucose levels.

· Completing treatments.

· Conducting pain assessments.

· Changing dressings.

· Providing venipuncture services.

· Management of the milieu.

· Utilizing the electronic health record (EHR) of NHH and Glencliff to obtain clinical information and to document patient care.

· Communicating both verbally and in writing to report related findings

Requirements:

State License in NH

Ability to travel on-site

BLS/ACLS

1+ years of Experience as an RN
