Warehouse Team Member - No Experience Required

BA Fischer needs two new team members in our Boise warehouse. These new team members will assist us with timely and safe shipment of small and large packages to our customers. We will teach you how to ship products utilizing a balance of lowest cost, speed of delivery, and safe treatment of packages. You will also learn to assist with receiving of goods and the occasional assembly of a few small products during our slow time. We believe work can be a great time and we work at making that happen!

Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am until finished picking orders which is typically 5 pm to 6 pm. Once or twice a year we will work a Saturday.

Working in our warehouse requires our team members load boxes and pallets. Occasionally you will be required to lift heavy items so you need to be fit and able to lift 60 lbs or more at times. We require that you can safely climb a ladder and stairs. We have forklifts to make life easier for us, if you aren't fork lift certified, we will train and certify you. Within 60 days, through our training, you will also competently use our computer to input shipments and look up inventory. You will be expected to communicate well with our team, listen well, and write legibly. Since we count a lot to correctly fill our customers orders, we need you to be able to do basic math, add, subtract, multiply and divide. As a BA Fischer Team Member, we will provide you with:

* Starting wage without experience is: $19.00 per hour and $28.50 per hour Over Time. Your starting wage can be higher if you have verifiable experience. Please note, $19 per hour to start, $1 raise in 30 days and your first year earnings without any Over Time projects to be $42,426 in 12 months.
