Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives through financial analysis.
• Collaborate with leadership to align financial plans with overall business goals.
• Analyze revenue streams, pricing structures, and sales performance.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis reports.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to management.
• Develop financial models to evaluate return on investment and payback periods.
• Analyze cost components, including direct and indirect costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan for various business scenarios.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Identify key drivers of variances and collaborate with relevant teams to address issues.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support special projects as requested.
• Ensure budget submissions align with strategic objectives and financial targets.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) is a plus.
• At least 1 year of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in FP&A roles
• Proven track record of successful financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling tools and analysis software
• Advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems and other financial planning tools
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex financial information
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
