Systems Technician

Currently seeking a Multi-Site Systems Technician for a leading manufacturer of industrial equipment in Wheatfield, IN and Michigan City, IN. As a Systems Technician, you'll play a vital role in repairing, installing, replacing, and providing services for various systems and equipment for this manufacturer.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a Mechanically skilled position.
  • HVAC Technician, Maintenance Mechanic or Technician, Mechanical Assembler, Diesel Mechanic, Service Technician, etc.
• Ability to interpret mechanical blueprints & electrical schematics.

Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with test equipment (multimeters, flow meters, and electronic test equipment).
• Experience with instrumentation, piping, valves, pumps, or motors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Working on Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems which are used mostly by power plants to monitor the emissions coming out of the plants.
  • You will be trained on these systems! 
• Overseeing the maintenance of these systems for two plants (Wheatfield Indiana and Michigan City).
• Spend 60% of their time in Wheatfield and 40% in Michigan City.
• Performing maintenance, testing, and recalibration of CEM systems.
• Maintain detailed logs for the repairs and preventative maintenance performed.
