Sr. OT Network Engineer

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. OT Network Engineer with over 10 years of experience to join our dynamic System Solution team. This position is ideal for a candidate a hands-on network professional with strong OT and enterprise networking experience, proven ability to work in manufacturing environments, and a collaborative approach to supporting both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for onsite serves as a key technical resource and liaison between IT and plant engineering to ensure OT network solutions are delivered securely, efficiently, and with zero unplanned downtime.

Essential Functions:

• Network monitoring and troubleshooting

• Wireless networking in industrial or manufacturing settings

• Industrial network connectivity and protocols

Minimum qualification:

Required Education & Experience:

  1. degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or related field; and/or commensurate work experience
  1. years of progressive network engineering experience.
  1. supporting OT, industrial, or manufacturing network environments.
  1. knowledge of enterprise networking and secure network design.
  2. ability to collaborate across IT and plant teams.
  1. troubleshooting complex network issues in high-availability environments.
  1. communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  1. supporting deployments, maintenance windows, cutovers, and operational support activities.
  2. to train and mentor support personnel and operational teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
