Job description

Job Title: OT Network Engineer (Junior to Senior Levels)

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Local Travel Required)

Salary: 100k-120k


We are currently seeking OT Network Engineering and Cybersecurity professionals to support infrastructure modernization, security, and compliance initiatives across generation facilities. This role focuses on secure OT network design, firewall engineering, infrastructure support, monitoring, and compliance within highly regulated environments.


Your role:

  • Design and support secure OT network infrastructure across generation sites.
  • Configure and manage firewalls, segmentation, and security zoning.
  • Support network infrastructure including switches, routers, and related systems.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring and observability tools.
  • Support cybersecurity and compliance initiatives aligned with NERC CIP standards.
  • Assist with virtualization environments and Active Directory integrations.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and infrastructure teams on modernization projects.


What you’ve got:

  • Networking and network design experience.
  • ISN Network membership required.
  • Infrastructure support experience.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
  • Strong firewall background, preferably Palo Alto.
  • Experience with virtualization platforms and Active Directory.
  • Understanding of security and compliance standards within regulated environments.
  • Experience with Cisco or enterprise networking technologies preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting OT or industrial environments.
  • Experience with NERC CIP compliance initiatives.
  • Experience supporting infrastructure modernization projects.
