Registered Nurse (RN) Dialysis - Selma, AL

Bryce Poynt Consulting is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Dialysis in Selma, AL! This is a direct hire position with a $15k SIGN-ON bonus, and ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of recent dialysis experience and 1 year of acute care experience.

Pay Details:

• Pay Range: $45,760.00 - $70,928.00 annually

Work Setting:

• Onsite

Work Schedule:

• Rotating Weekends, M-F, On-Call, 40 hours a week

Position Details:

Qualifications:

• Current AL Registered Nurse license
• ACLS preferred
• BCLS required
• a minimum 6 months of dialysis experience required
• Acute dialysis experience preferred.

Job Description:

• Provides dialysis treatments for all renal patients and coordinates care with primary nurse and ancillary departments.
• Assists the nephrologist with ordered dialysis procedures.
• Performs the hemodialysis treatment maintaining established standards for nursing practice in a clinical setting.
• Ensuring that dialysis machines are set up correctly.
• Monitoring patients during dialysis in order to report any changes to the rest of the medical team.
• Examining and recording before, during, and after dialysis therapy, patients vitals.
• Assuring that patients receive proper hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments.
• Detecting any adverse effects during dialysis treatment, patients are monitored.
• Collaborating with doctors.
• Educating patients on their conditions.
