HOURS: 8 am - 4:30 pm
DAYS: Tuesday thru Saturday

Bread & Cie Wholesale is seeking a Customer Service Sales Representative (CSSR). We are looking for a sharp minded, friendly, trustworthy individual to join the team, you along with the other sales representatives will be the face of the brand!

With an emphasis on customer service the CSSR is in charge of providing product, service and sales information to our wholesale customers. They are also responsible for reporting product and delivery issues to the respective departments working together to ensure all customer related matters are quickly responded to and resolved. Handling new customer inquiries, meetings and ongoing customer relations with existing accounts the ideal candidate will be intuitive to the needs of others and motivated to help, outgoing, kind hearted, personable, skilled at problem solving, have stellar interpersonal skills and will be familiar with a hospitality mind set. We work in a fast paced environment requiring one to have the ability to absorb and accurately implement a lot of information within a short period of time. Confidence working simultaneously with multiple phones lines is helpful.

We are open 7 days a week and operate 364 days a year. Weekend and Holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to and resolving all customer inquiries and complaints.
• Provide information about our products and services.
• Assist in troubleshooting to resolve product issues and concerns for the customers.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the evolving products and services.
• Work with Management to develop new relationships with potential clients and improve existing partnerships.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales office to ensure that customers' orders are processed, and customers' needs are met, requires working closely with the delivery and packing teams.
• Travel to customer locations for product meetings.
• Effectively manage multiple phone lines.

​Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or other related fields.
• Ability to build good rapport with clients and coworkers.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Has a sense of urgency in completing tasks.
• Proficient in Office programs such as Excel, Word.
• MUST be able to work weekends and holidays.
• MUST have a Valid Driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• MUST have reliable form of transportation, with the ability to carry samples and product as needed for meetings and visits.
• Bilingual is a plus but not required.
