Concierge/Driver/Resident Services

SUMMARY of Duties

The Concierge/Driver/Resident Services is responsible for greeting visitors, arranging tours of the property, answering a multi-line telephone, providing clerical support to the administrative staff and delivering daily packages. Responsible for booking rides and getting residents safely to their destination. Provide excellent customer service for our resident and visitors.

Work Experience Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a related position, preferably in long term care industry, is desired
• Driving experience is highly recommended and a clean driving record is required.

Educational Qualifications

• A High school diploma or equivalent is required
