Your Responsibilities

West End Place is seeking a Concierge/Administrative Assistant to join a team of housing professionals in Boston, MA. The work hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with packages and mail, making deliveries, and answering multiple phone lines. The candidate will also be responsible for greeting residents, processing invoices and work orders, making bank deposits, check processing, updating waitlists, and other administrative duties to support the management team.
