Part-Time Weekends
Saturday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Sunday 9:00am - 3:00pm

Job Summary:
This position represents TW by providing exemplary customer service for members, visitors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner. The Concierge is primarily responsible for the operation of the Crestwood front desk/lobby area.
Maintains attitudes and behaviors that demonstrate and uphold the Mission Statement of Trinity Woods (TW), supports the TW core values and shows an understanding of TW's person-centered philosophy.
Job Requirements:
  1. High school graduate or GED.
  2. Minimum of two years experience in a similar concierge/administrative assistant position.
  3. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  4. Exceptional communication, customer service and people skills.
  5. Good organizational skills, follow-up and follow through.
  6. Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
  7. Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities:
Provides overall management of the Crestwood front desk and graciously greets members, visitors, and employees.
  1. Receives incoming phone calls and directs to proper members and staff.
  2. Maintains and updates log of emergency phone numbers. Also maintains contact information for members and staff.
  3. Addresses questions and concerns of members and provides support to the Director of Member Services.
  4. Coordinates incoming and outgoing mail. Receives all mail and special deliveries for the Crestwood community and sorts and delivers to appropriate mail locations.
  5. Maintains member reservation books for guest room, restaurant, and special events.
  6. Manages Point of Sales (POS) services including check cashing, stamps, movie tickets, etc.
  7. Coordinates transportation needs of the Residential Living members and communicates with the Supervisor of Transportation.
  8. Receives and records requests from members for maintenance work orders. Enters work orders into the maintenance software program.
