Concierge/Administrative Assistant

Esplanade at Northgate is seeking a highly organized, personable, and detail-oriented Concierge/Administrative Assistant to serve as the front-of-house representative for our community.

Position Overview

This fast-paced position is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in a service-oriented environment and can manage multiple administrative functions with discretion and efficiency. As the first point of contact for residents and guests, the Concierge/Administrative Assistant plays a key role in delivering exceptional community experience while supporting the administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain and manage the membership database, including processing new and transfer memberships.
  • Coordinate and manage reservation requests, meeting spaces, and room scheduling.
  • Manage electronic record filing systems and logs to ensure all documentation is properly stored and accessible.
  • Serve as the primary phone operator, directing calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a concierge, administrative assistant, or customer service role, preferably in a luxury or private community setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management.
