Position:

The On-Demand Driver provides request based on-property guest transportation. This role is essential in creating memorable interactions through attentive, personalized service, amenity delivery, and thoughtfully executing special moments that elevate the guest stay.

Primary Functions and Responsibilities


· Consistently embody the core values and standards of Paws Up Montana, ensuring every interaction reflects the authenticity, warmth, and refined professionalism of Montana hospitality.

· Provide transportation for guest requests across the property, including accommodations, dining venues, activity areas, and other resort locations.

· Fulfill and deliver guest requests and amenities with accuracy, care, and discretion, ensuring each is handled in a timely and thoughtful manner.

· Assist with coordinated transportation, including group transfers, to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of movement throughout the property.

· Provide guided property tours for guests as directed by management.

· Maintain clear and timely communication with the front desk, on-property shuttle team, and guests regarding transportation schedules, requests, and changes.

· Perform detailing of on-demand vehicles, ensuring each vehicle meets Paws Up presentation standards.

· Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness for use.

· Follow and complete daily departmental checklists.

· Support Front Desk team functions as directed by management.


Supportive Functions and Responsibilities

· Display Paws Up Montana values and standards.

· Always demonstrate professionalism and hospitality to guests and team members.

· Handle guest transactions legally, ethically, and confidentially.

· Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster and promote a positive working environment.

· Always maintain a clean and neat appearance.

· Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner.


We are looking for team members with:

· Knowledge of world class hospitality and service management preferred

· Current driver’s license with two years driving experience
