About Paws Up Montana:

Paws Up Montana, America’s premier luxury ranch resort, is more than a workplace—it’s a chance to be part of something extraordinary.

Position

Paws Up Montana is seeking an In-Home Dining Attendant. As an In-Home Dining Attendant, you play a key role in delivering elevated, private dining experiences across the Resort. This position blends driving, service, and behind-the-scenes coordination—perfect for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and guest interaction without being tied to a traditional restaurant floor.

You’ll transport beautifully prepared food and beverages to guest homes, assist with light service needs, reset dining spaces, and ensure every delivery feels seamless, thoughtful, and on time. You’re not just dropping off meals- you’re part of the experience.

What We Offer:

  • Career Development and Advancement Opportunities
  • Employee Assistance Program (5 free counseling sessions)
  • Referral Bonus Program (Get paid $250 to recruit)
  • Carpool Reimbursement ($5-$20/Day)
  • Employee Discounts on Merchandise (30% on select items in our retail store)
  • Employee lunch provided

Deliver Elevated In-Home Dining Experiences
  • Drive company vehicles to safely deliver food, beverages, and supplies throughout the Resort
  • Ensure each delivery is accurate, timely, and presented with professionalism
Support a Polished Guest Experience
  • Clear and reset guest dining areas, including plateware, glassware, and silverware
  • Assist with basic guest food and beverage needs when appropriate
  • Monitor daily arrivals and ensure homes are guest-ready prior to check-in
Keep Operations Running Smoothly
  • Complete daily checklists including cleaning, stocking, and inspecting In-Home Dining vehicles
  • Assist the service team with side work and operational support as needed
Be a Team Player
  • Communicate effectively with Food & Beverage Managers and other departments
  • Remain flexible to support Resort needs and special requests
  • Takes personal ownership of all feedback and proactively resolve issues

  • Display Paws Up Montana values and standards.
  • Always demonstrate professionalism and hospitality to guests and team members.
  • Handle guest transactions legally, ethically, and confidentially.
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster and promote a positive working environment.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of inventory items and PAR levels.
  • Always maintain a clean and neat appearance.
  • Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner.

We are looking for team members with:

  • High school diploma, GED, or Vocational Training or job-related training
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Knowledge of world class hospitality and service
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload day to day
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and internal communication tools
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working outdoors in a remote Montana setting
  • Has friendly and professional manner under periods of high demands with guests, team members, and management.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys movement, and meaningful guest interaction while providing a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Every day looks a little different, every delivery matters, and you’re trusted to represent the Resort independently while still being part of a strong, supportive team.

If you are passionate about Hospitality and ready to take on a new challenge at a prestigious resort, we would love to hear from you. Apply today to join our dynamic team at Paws Up Montana!
