Job Description

```Role

As a Senior Assembler (also known as Assembly Supervisor, Production Coordinator), you'll oversee and coordinate the assembly process of various electrical equipment. You'll work closely with a team of assemblers to ensure products are assembled correctly and efficiently, meeting quality standards and production deadlines. You'll also provide guidance and training to junior assemblers, troubleshoot assembly issues, and assist in the development and improvement of assembly procedures.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or General Education Equivalent Diploma preferred.
4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Advanced knowledge of single and three-line drawings, including symbols.
Ability to read a tape measure (including conversions from fraction to decimal and conversely from decimal to fraction and metric to imperial).
Knowledge of system software (i.e. Oracle, MES, True View) to look up parts and drawings.
Ability to safely use a variety of hand/power tools and lift up to 50lbs using proper lifting techniques.
