Job Summary
Aquor is looking for a seasoned Operations Manager that can step into our leadership team and help elevate our companies systems, processes, and procedures. We are seeking a dynamic individual who can cross function between various departments of our business, identifying areas of opportunity to help scale the business. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, leading teams, developing processes, and scaling businesses. Someone who has been part of a Series A & above round of investment is preferred but not required.
What you'll do:
- Drive complex business analysis to identify business opportunities to improve internal and external processes
- Work cross functionally to identify and apply best practices and continuous process improvements
- Partner closely with, sales teams, marketing team, and product team, to deeply understand pain points, form business requirements, and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of quarterly objectives
- Ensure that initiatives have clear outcomes, scope, success criteria, and alignment with overall business objectives
- Contributes to the strategic discussion around buyer personas, target markets, etc. Recommends sales methodologies that Aquor should consider and employ.
- Establish team structure for each workstream, providing direction to project leads and coordinators on various workstreams to manage scope, timelines, deliverables, and risks to the overall program
- Manages sales process adoption and compliance. Pioneers the discovery and adoption of tools that will streamline the sales process
- Maintains up‐to‐date knowledge of the current CRM program and works with the sales team to keep information current.
- Analyzes sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years in operations or general management
- The ideal candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, work well on a team, and develop innovative solutions
- Able to take initiative and easily adapt in a volatile environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to take responsibility
- Strong sense of urgency and responsibility
- Proven experience with the development and implementation of systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, sales force automation, etc
- Data analysis experience, including familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight
- Experience with identifying gaps and opportunities, developing solutions, and providing sound business insights and recommendations through influencing
