Job description

IESE Solutions is seeking General and Operations Managers to support the U.S. Space Forces mission of delivering warfighter capability via the Space Systems Command (SSC) directorates. Position is available in El Segundo, California.

This program is supporting Government weapon systems program offices with subject matter experts that have a background with the Space-based and, or Ground Systems including Command & Control services. Team members provide systems engineering development and integration expertise in support of various capabilities that protect and defend the Nation's most valuable space assets. Our team is at the forefront of the advising and assisting the Government with their architecture and full lifecycle systems engineering processes that enable key systems (e.g., satellites and their ground systems, ground-based space systems and their command and control capabilities) to meet warfighter needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the development of new Technical Orders, Manuals, Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals and technical documentation to determine if changes are necessary, review engineering drawings to determine TO impacts, and support the Technical Order Manager writing task by providing technical assistance and expertise through experience on TO development.

Evaluate and make recommendations on the adequacy of equipment configurations, parts, sparing, and support concepts to the CM office, TOMA, and other affected Government personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required.
