Seeking a Bilingual Spanish speaking candidate with automotive experience. Service manager will great and consult customer on vehicle needs. Initiates Automotive services and repair orders by ascertaining customer concerns and services requested. Service manager is responsible for building strong customer relations, providing exceptional customer service, assist with tire selections, under-car repair services, and selling recommended services and repairs.
Assisting in store operations (ie maintaining inventory, open/close store etc...)
Previous experience in automotive environment or repair Necessary. Bilingual Preferred.
The ideal candidate will oversee the service department's operations, efficient workflow, while ensuring top-notch customer service.
Must be a team player and be able to communicate well with technicians and customers.
Efficiently distribute work between technicians, esuring optimal use of reources.
Oversee technicians' inspections, diagnosing and repairing of domestic, European, and Asian cars and light trucks.
