We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a vital role in sales support, customer relations, lead generation, and overall customer satisfaction. Candidate must be able to work in office in Price UT.

Here's what you'll do:

Technical Sales Support:

• Bridge the gap between sales and technical expertise! You'll leverage your understanding of Dustless products to answer customer questions about features, benefits, and applications.

Customer Service Assistance: 

• Be the friendly face (or voice) of Dustless! You'll provide exceptional phone, email, and potentially social media support, effectively addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback. This includes assisting with orders, payments, ensuring accuracy, and facilitating warranties and exchanges as per company policies.

Customer Management: 

• You'll meticulously update customer call logs, maintaining a detailed record of interactions. You'll collaborate with other departments to seamlessly resolve customer issues and concerns, identify process improvements, and contribute to Dustless' overall success.

Lead Generation: 

• Become a lead generation pro! You'll utilize various channels to research and identify potential customers. You'll also qualify leads from tradeshows, assessing their potential value by understanding their needs, budgets, and decision-making processes.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a B2B sales or customer service environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a drive to succeed
• Familiarity with social media marketing and platforms
