Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide support to the Talent Acquisition Team on tasks related to the full life-cycle recruitment process by being responsible for the job posting, interview scheduling, data management, offer letter generation and delivery, and general administrative functions of the department. This person will focus on enabling the team to effectively meet expectations, can shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoys the challenge of helping build out a great organization of talented individuals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for job posting management which includes posting job positions in applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and on job boards, refreshing postings on job boards, closing positions, and moving candidates from stage to within the ATS
  • Supporting employment activities such as sourcing candidates and entering and tracking candidate data into various electronic systems
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews, preparing interview packets, creating offer letters, formatting, and editing documents, etc.
  • Utilize various job boards, careers pages, and social media outlets to advertise and market open positions and upcoming vacancies.
  • Auditing candidate files to ensure needed records are completed and entered into the appropriate electronic system.
  • Fielding general, straight forward inquiries from candidates and hiring managers; escalating inquiries to senior team members and/or management as necessary.
  • Running and distributing standard reports in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Responsible for appropriate handling of confidential and time sensitive material
  • Attending and coordinating recruiting-related activities such as recruiting events, professional and college career fairs, when needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures and federal and state laws.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.


Job Qualification Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in Customer Service or Human Resources related activities such as Recruiting/Staffing and customer relationship management
  • dynamic self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize work assignments while managing multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Working knowledge of social media
  • Able to function effectively as part of a team and detail oriented environment
  • Experience including working with confidential files, documents, and other information
  • Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Understanding of human resources/recruiting policies and practices as well as local and federal laws and regulations preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations.
