Job Description

Customer Service Assistant | $850 - $1100 per week

Full-time in Dallas, TX.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the face and voice of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage customers and promote clients' products and services. You will serve as a brand ambassador, acquiring and maintaining in-depth product knowledge to deliver presentations and represent clients confidently, charismatically, and professionally.

Your day-to-day work will comprise a mix of office-based tasks and customer and client meetings out in the field. And, we guarantee that each day will be unique, and you'll never have a dull moment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in delivering presentations to clients
  • Research to inform clients’ strategies
  • Help plan projects from start to finish (estimates, budgets, schedules)
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to implement projects
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and expenses
  • Maintain data and records
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance
  • Inform customers about new products and services
  • Gather customer feedback and share it with the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams

Customer Service Assistant Requirements:

  • Able to commute to the job site in Dallas, TX
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Capability to think outside the box and get creative
  • A strong work ethic and desire to go above and beyond to meet all targets and objectives

Our client prefers candidates with a background in customer service and/or sales, but they are also open to hiring individuals who are passionate and enthusiastic about customer engagement. As this is a highly customer-centric role, you should be comfortable and confident interacting with customers face-to-face.
