Financial Systems Business Analyst/Project Manager

Our client is a successful and growing Real Estate Investment and Development company. They are looking to expand their Business Applications team who work on projects across the business upgrading and optimizing business systems.

They have recently launched a long term, large scale project to implement Yardi to replace a number of existing finance systems.

They need a Project Manager/Business Analyst to be the primary liaison between the business leaders, project sponsors and project teams to drive the successful implementation. This will include:

• Lead the group and workstreams for the Yardi implementation
• Apply systems knowledge to analyze, design and develop the application
• Manage project plan, budget and timeline
• Gather business requirements, participate in or lead QA and UAT processes
• Provide regular and ad hoc reporting on project status updates

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a related subject
• 7+ years experience as a business analyst or project manager
• Accounting or finance experience with expertise in key processes
• Experience in the Real Estate industry
• Technical knowledge and experience of related applications, ideally Yardi, but other similar applications will be considered (such as MRI or JDE).

Location: Hybrid 3 days per week on-site in Pasadena (free, on-site parking)

Compensation: $125-155,000, plus discretionary bonus and excellent benefits including no cost healthcare.
