Responsibilities

•Conduct legal research to support commercial litigation cases.
•Draft legal documents, such as pleadings and motions, with minimal supervision.
•Assist in case strategy development and execution.
•Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
•Handle depositions and court appearances.

Qualifications

•2-4 years of experience in commercial litigation.
•Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
•FL Bar admission required.
•Trial experience preferred.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent written and language skills.
•Self-starter with proven ability to work independently.
