Property Maintenance Technician

American Capital Realty Group, Inc. is currently seeking an Experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join our team at our large rental community located in Mesa, AZ 85382.

About the role:

This position is primarily responsible for maintaining and repairing physical structures of the building and maintaining grounds.

Our Ideal candidate:

· Basic knowledge of ventilation/air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other generally accepted maintenance skills.

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and at least 5 years experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. AC certification not required.

· Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

· Demonstrate the ability to plan and prioritize tasks in a self-directed work environment and maintain high levels of productivity without direct supervision.

· Detail-oriented.

· Able to work in a team environment and take direction.

· Schedule is from Tuesday to Saturday and available for overtime. Available to work weekends.

· Must provide own tools.

· Must be able to work independently for on-call hours for maintenance emergencies.
