Personal Assistant (Farm & Home)

We are seeking a highly versatile and dependable Personal Assistant to support our household, farm operations, and entrepreneurial activities. This role is vital as we navigate a challenging period due to pregnancy and the demands of running a company. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse array of tasks, ensuring efficient operation of our home, farm, and business activities.

$24 - hour to start

• Handle daily household tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and cooking, ensuring the family's needs are met.
• Assist with farm duties, including animal care and light agricultural work, contributing to the smooth operation of our farm.
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks around the property, addressing any issues promptly.
• Run errands, including grocery shopping and picking up supplies for both the household and farm.
• Provide administrative support for entrepreneurial activities, such as managing emails, scheduling meetings, and handling documents.
• Work closely with the family to prioritize and efficiently manage tasks, adapting to evolving needs and supporting the business’s operational demands.

• Proven experience in a similar role involving household management, farm work, or personal assistance, with a strong background in administrative tasks.
• Ability to perform a variety of physical tasks across different settings and manage administrative duties.
• Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Compassionate and professional demeanor, with a commitment to providing substantial support.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for errands.
