E-commerce Administrative Support Specialist. 

Contribute to the seamless functioning of the e-commerce department, ensure a high standard of service and support, and provide valuable insights through accounting reports for informed decision-making. 

Key Responsibilities

Product Management:

·         Efficiently manage product listings, ensuring accurate inventory records and accurate price.

·         Process and publish products and associated assets on the website.

·         Handle timelines and pipelines for marketing assets, including sample fulfillment, site and email content, and general site support.

 

Data Management:

·         Research, request, review, and perform data entry for new item setups.

·         Regularly review the information database to maintain accuracy and completeness.

Order Fulfillment:

·         Process orders and ensure timely fulfillment, including cancellations, refunds and ordering short products as needed.

·         Send notification to the customers when the delivery is delayed.

·         Provide the products and packing supplies requested by the packing team.

·         Notify customers promptly in the event of any delivery delays, providing transparency and managing expectations.

·         Provide customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Platform Management:

·         Upload new products and relevant information to the designated e-commerce platform, such as Shopify.

·         Collaborate with developers to implement website improvements.

Accounting Report:

·         Generate and analyze accounting reports to provide insights into financial performance.

·         Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance.

Team Support:

·         Assist and facilitate e-commerce activities for the packing team.

·         Resolve any issues that arise during the e-commerce process.

Sales Analysis:

Analyze sales data and promptly inform developers of significant drops in sales.

File Management:

·         Maintain and organize both electronic and physical files for efficient record-keeping.

Reporting and Administration:

·         Generate regular reports on performance metrics.

·         Provide administrative support, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.

·         Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
