Freelancer - Interior Designer/Space Planning

Educational furnishings manufacturer seeking experienced Space Planner/Interior Designer for remote freelance work. Seeking designers with Bachelors Degree, NCIDQ, minimum of 10 years of educational and commercial furnishings experience, and with advanced skills in CAD, preferably AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, 2020, Project Matrix or CET.

We will provide you with a specialized CAD program and our symbols catalog for use on your PC. We will train you within a few hours. Each project package will contain client’s CAD or PDF drawings and project requirements. You will design a variety of cutting-edge educational spaces, prepare drawings and renderings, and generate a parts list. Digital deliverables are then emailed to partners.

We also perform other design resource work you may elect to participate in: Creating marketing images, drafting custom or built-in solutions, researching educational design trends, exploring new design technologies, participating in industry, product and design events, and much more.
