Senior Structural Engineer - Project Leadership

• Software Proficiency: Master the use of accounting and scheduling software to manage projects seamlessly.

• Sub-Consultant Coordination: Coordinate and review the work of sub-consultants to ensure alignment with project goals.

• Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or BIM; experienced in structural analysis software such as RISA 3D, Etabs, SAP, or RAM Structural System.
  
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience enhancing project efficiency and accuracy in structural design.
  

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an ABET-accredited institution; Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering preferred.
  
• Certification: EIT certification or the ability to achieve it within one year.
  
• Teamwork: Demonstrated excellence in teamwork and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
  
• Communication: Outstanding communication skills, effective in engaging with all project stakeholders.
