Role
As a Production Supervisor (also known as Production Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll lead a team in a manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, quality, customer service, productivity, and continuous improvement. You'll provide clear direction, leadership, and support to your team, enforce safety and sanitation rules, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborate with other supervisors and departments.
