ISR Executive Assistant

Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing dental implant center, is looking for an outgoing Executive Assistant. We provide implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, changing their lives. An exceptional patient experience for every patient is our top priority.

This role will require charisma, problem solving skills and a can-do attitude. General sales and/or dialogue knowledge would be helpful for this position as well

Hours are full time, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Annual salary starting at $45,000 DOE.

Main responsibilities for this position will include the following:
Onboard new ISR’s weekly
Relay communication to new ISR’s about equipment and delivery
Gather data and information for daily reporting via Excel spreadsheet
Help create ISR accounts for computer systems
Coordinate with Sales and Recruiting teams
Help manage calendars, attend meetings, take notes
Assist in offboarding
Coordinate weekly incentives (swag, lunches, stocking food, drinks, and office supplies)

Requirements for the position include the following:
Be available to complete tasks that may come up after hours from time to time
Proven track record for prioritizing task in a fast paced environment
Work with integrity to provide the very best experience for our sales team
Be proactive to problem solve issues
Be attentive to all details with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and also under pressure to meet deadlines

This is what a day in the life of an Executive Assistant at Nuvia looks like:
Daily huddle with team to set them up for success
Attend meetings and take notes
Updating spreadsheets and getting the next week's new hires ready for their start date
Complete onboarding tasks for new hires
Make sure supplies and snacks are stocked for the call center
Gather and report data and prep for meetings

The biggest challenge of this position is juggling many projects at once and working in a growing, fast paced environment. The ability to stay organized, driven and set priorities is a must. The ability to read people and analyze data is crucial to this role as well.
