As the GAP Claims Manager, you will need to be a strong team leader, have extensive knowledge in GAP claims adjudication, a focus on process improvement, and provide high-quality customer service in all areas associated with this responsibility. You will also be responsible for hiring, developing, and managing the entire GAP team in all areas involving GAP claims adjudication & management.

As the GAP Claims Manager, you will need to be a strong team leader, have extensive knowledge in GAP claims adjudication, a focus on process improvement, and provide high-quality customer service in all areas associated with this responsibility. You will also be responsible for hiring, developing, and managing the entire GAP team in all areas involving GAP claims adjudication & management.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee, manage, and assist in the training of GAP Claims employees.
- Design, organize, and implement departmental process efficiencies.
- Establish and maintain effective professional relationships with customers, agents, underwriters, primary insurance providers, and others involved in the claims process.
- Handle all customer/agent/dealer claim escalations.
- Review company records to determine coverage and identify issues related to various claims.
- Process verified claims in an online portal, including documenting all communications.
- Obtain and prepare all necessary documentation associated with the loss to facilitate the prompt, accurate resolution of claims filed.
- Determines claims direction, calculates the claim amount, and submits for claim payment within the adjuster's authorization limit.
- Work with other departments to ensure accuracy & timely customer service.
- Timely and accurate record keeping, including data entry, analysis and storage of incoming documents, spreadsheet management, and tracking needed follow-up communications.
- Nine Paid Company Holidays
