Field Service Technician (HVAC & Generators)

TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician/ Mechanic with a minimum of 1 year of experience completing repairs and maintenance checks on HVAC and generator systems.  Must have experience with working on various equipment handling all mechanical aspects to handle various repairs.  Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.  Must have valid DL.

Pay: Level I (1-4 yrs experience) $22-25/hr Level II (5-8 years experience) $30-32/hr

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-5pm

Location: Round Rock, TX 78681

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• 5 years of experience repairing/maintaining equipment and tools
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Strong mechanical background knowledge of various engines
• Must own tools applicable to the position
• Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to frequently lift items to 45 lbs.
• Perform maintenance checks on rental equipment before and after use
• Report machine condition to Management
• Perform minor repairs of rental equipment including checking oil, grease, breaks, fluids, and tagging of equipment for rental-ready status
• Demonstrate equipment for customers
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts
• Other duties assigned as needed
