Human Resource Assistant I

RemX is seeking a Human Resource Assistant in the Warners, NY area!

Responsibilities:

• Support Managers implement local initiatives. 
• Create an environment to attract and retain talent
• Coordinate and conduct New associate orientation, exit and onboarding interviews
• Provide coaching and guidance to associates
• Support recruitment and staffing plans
• Maintain eTime system and payroll related activities. 

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Proactive, forward thinking and comfortable asking questions
• Positive attitude
• Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
• Organizational skills, high level of accuracy, attention to detail, time management skills
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office
