Job Description:

As the Senior AR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the revenue cycle operations, focusing on collections and customer service within the pain management setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising collection calls and correspondence
• Implementing insurance regulations effectively
• Processing refunds, adjustments, and reconciliations
• Monitoring denial trends and reporting findings
• Collaborating with senior management as needed
• Maintaining communication with customers and stakeholders
• Generating regular reports and meeting department goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in authorizations or related field
