About Us:
At Copier Exchange International, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch copier and printer solutions to businesses of all sizes. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team to help us grow our sales and expand our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Make outbound sales calls to new and existing customers. This role is responsible for creating a qualified pipeline of decision making contacts, keeping leads warm and succeeding to close the sale.
- You will be required to make 20+ phone calls per day
- Cold calls required
Lead Generation: Identify, create, and pursue potential leads to drive sales.
Inside Sales: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to boost sales.
Web Sales: Utilize online platforms to drive sales and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
Administrative Tasks: Proficient use of Microsoft Office for tasks such as data entry, reporting, and correspondence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of online sales platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Proven experience in lead generation and sales
1 year sales experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Proper phone etiquette
Ability connect and create professional relationships with people
Enjoy working with many types of people
Coachable/Teachable with willingness to learn
Proficient in English (Spanish not required, but is a plus!)
Highschool Diploma/GED

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive hourly rate, plus attractive commission structure.
40 hours PTO yearly
Sick pay
