Job description

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Copier Technician to install, perform routine maintenance, and support copiers.

*Ability to work independently under minimal supervision

*Color MFP experience

*Excellent customer service and communication skills

*Konica Minolta experience preferred

*Maintain personal inventory and car stock

*Minimum Copier and Printer repair experience: 1 year preferred

*Networking experience preferred

*Perform modifications, updates, and firmware upgrades

**Punctual and reliable

*Strong problem-solving skills and quick resolution

*Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Beltway Office Solutions is a document solutions company that leases, rents, sells, and services copier equipment throughout the Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia regions. Our applicant will only report to our Columbia, MD office a couple of times a week. We've been helping our clients get the most out of their office technology for over 16 years. We’re looking for a SELF-MOTIVATED Field Service Copier Technician.
