Copier / Printer Service Technician
Location: Boston, MA area

As an Entry Level Service Technician, you will shine as you multitask and manage a full customer workload. You will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment and for promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products.    
     
What you will do:        
  • Service printer/copier products with minimum assistance   
  • Troubleshoot basic printing issues, able to determine printer vs network issues.   
  • Able to install scanning and equipment in a peer-to-peer environment.   
  • Manage inventory to the company's speci๏ฌcations.   
  • Maintain car, tool kit, and supplies.   
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and employees.   
  • Provide sales support, including advising sales about problems or sales leads.   
  • Maintain professional appearances.    
  • Maximizing equipment uptime through timely repair   
  • Engaging the customer to assure satisfaction.   
  • Managing time to be most effective   
What we are seeking:
  • Mechanical and electrical aptitude and demonstrated skills.
  • Knowledge of basic networking
  • 1-2 yearsโ€™ related experience is preferred; if not, we will train you!
  • Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • High School Diploma required, or GED.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach, and transport equipment parts and boxes.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and have a reliable vehicle with a clean driving record
