Position Summary: Join us as a Plant Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic and become a driving force behind our cutting-edge production processes. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll wield your expertise to repair and maintain plastic molding machinery and electro-mechanical equipment. From motors to conveyor systems, your keen eye for detail and precision will ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive preventive maintenance checks on all production equipment, ensuring peak performance at all times.
Demonstrate mastery in replacing or repairing parts on machines, addressing a spectrum of issues from bearings to intricate electrical components.
Harness your sharp observational skills to swiftly identify and resolve mechanical challenges, minimizing downtime and optimizing efficiency.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Uphold the highest standards of safety and compliance, fostering a culture of excellence and reliability in our workplace environment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, accompanied by a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in manufacturing maintenance.
Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and PLC troubleshooting, with a relentless commitment to excellence.
While an Electrician's License is preferred, it's not mandatory – your demonstrated expertise and dedication speak volumes.
Plastics injection molding experience

Schedule:

Rotating 12-hour shifts: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM or 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Rotation: 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next, with the ability to work overtime when needed.
