Educational Support Specialist - eDOCS - Washington DC area

National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Executive Secretariat (NA-ES) manages NNSA's top-level communications that form a key component of NNSA's interaction with the Department, the White House, Congress, other governmental agencies, and the public. NA-ES also provides office administration and support to the Immediate Office of the NNSA Administrator (NA-1), this includes administrative, travel, scheduling, and secretarial support.

Educational Support Specialist - Washington DC area

• Responsibilities: Design and implement effective training and development.
• Design and maintain training materials and website.
• Research a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods to incorporate into the delivery of training.
• Evaluate and research training options and alternatives.

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of directly relevant experience or equivalent. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and website design.
• Training Support Assist in the production, layout, and maintenance of training materials, reference materials, and general use how-to guides on a variety of NNSA Executive Secretariat products and functions.
• Assist in the production of instructional videos on a variety of NNSA Executive Secretariat products and functions.
• Assist in drafting and sending eDOCS
