Salary:

We are looking for an exceptional Operations Manager for Persimmony.  The Operations Manager will oversee and manage various aspects of Persimmony’s day-to-day operations working, working directly with the Vice President. This is a great opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual who thrives on challenges and is looking for an opportunity to take their operations experience to the next level.


Responsibilities:

Organizational Efficiency and Project Management:

  • Supporting and being the link in efforts across different departments.
  • Ensuring team members meet their targets.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintaining accurate records of operational activities.
  • Generating reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and presenting findings to senior management.
  • Supporting production of customer-facing documents.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Facilitating communication between different departments.
  • Coordinating cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Budget Management:

  • Managing budgets for operational expenses.
  • Monitoring spending and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.

Risk Management and Compliance:

  • Identifying operational risks and developing mitigation plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies

 

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, project management software).
