We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer to develop new business in Dallas. This position is responsible for generating new business for Grand Pacific and cultivating relationships with prospects. Compensation:$100,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:- Originate floating-rate commercial real estate loans
- Meet with loan applicants and assess their financial needs
- Analyze loan applicants' financial strengths and weaknesses
- Determine appropriate pricing and loan structure
- Conduct site visits and evaluate properties and locations
- Coordinate with different parties to facilitate loan closing, as needed
- Establish relationships with loan brokers
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 2 years of commercial lending experience required
- Must be familiar with the real estate market in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio
- Experience in construction loans preferred
- Ability to analyze financial information
- Strong credit analysis and accounting background
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong client relations skills
